Clients are given access to a Free Cloud portal to upload all tender documents ( this can be installed onto a PC Laptop Tablet or even a Phone ! )
One of our Estimators will asses the tender/the clients requirements and submit our overall cost for the assignment. ( this is the only charge, follow ups are FOC always !)
Once we have received your instruction we will produce, prior to the return date, a full and concise bid for the package
Bids consist of Electronic Take off's ( if required ) Commercial overview detailing Material Cost, Labor allocation, Waste,Profit and Overheads and Internal Summaries
If the Client only requires an electronic take off, this service is also available
All tender documents such as supplier quotes,rate build ups etc are all uploaded to the clients Cloud portal.
Tender responses are produced with the clients logos/company profile
We accept project plans by email,hard copy or through our Free client specific,password protected Cloud portal
